When adding text, please note that wiki's like this have a VERY limited ability to format the way that the text is displayed. So if you have something that needs specific formatting, it is best to save as a PDF, and then uploade it and add a link to the file.

I have made a Video page to show how to upload and add PDF to an existing page.

Please test ideas out in the playground before editing any “proper” pages.

Please try to put attachments (photos / PDF etc) for display in pages in a suitable sub folder. The directory can be viewed if you are logged in by selecting “Media Manager” under the Search bar.

We currently have a directory structure that looks like this:

The NEWS subdirectory has multiple sub directories: one for each year.

Click on the 'plus' to see or hide subdirectories.

1. When UPLOADING, select the subdirectory you wish to place the file in. This keeps the file system manageable.
2. When “adding” an image or document (pdf) to a page, select the document file name (not the image!) and simply press INSERT.
3. Once you have selected the file to add, you can change how it will be displayed using the buttons on the insert tab.
